Customizing Your Site's Style

Go to Communications → Website → Style to change how your entire site looks. Changes preview instantly on the right side of the page before you save.

Quick start

If you’d rather not pick each setting individually, click one of the starter combinations to set everything at once:

  • Modern — Crisp lines on classic blue. The safe, professional default.
  • Editorial — Centered masthead, serif type, warm cream + navy + gold.
  • Coastal — Generous spacing, pill buttons, ocean blue with sand accent.
  • Mountain — Crisp shape, display serif, forest green and bone.
  • Minimal — Soft, narrow, geometric sans, charcoal and electric blue.

You can still fine-tune any individual setting afterward.

Individual settings

Palette (color scheme):

  • Classic Blue — Cool, professional, traditional. The default for most HOAs.
  • Heritage — Warm cream + royal navy + gold. Formal traditional. Best with serif fonts.
  • Coastal — Ocean blue + sand. Beachy and generous. Pairs with pill buttons.
  • Forest — Forest green + bronze + bone. Mountain, lodge, nature communities.
  • Modern Mono — Charcoal + electric blue. Minimalist and contemporary.

Feel (shape and spacing):

  • Crisp — Tech-forward and modern. Small radius, bold headings, compact spacing.
  • Tailored — Editorial and formal. Minimal radius, medium weight, hairline shadows.
  • Soft — Friendly and residential. Large radius, generous spacing, pill buttons.
  • Generous — Leisurely and airy. Pill buttons, lighter weights, very generous spacing.

Fonts: Inter + Inter, Fraunces + Inter, Playfair + Source Sans, DM Serif + DM Sans, or Manrope + Manrope.

Header layout:

  • Inline — Logo on the left, navigation on the right. The most common layout.
  • Editorial — Logo centered top, navigation below, sign-in in the top-right corner.

Header/footer color:

  • Light — Light header and footer with dark text. The default.
  • Dark — Dark header and footer for stronger brand presence. Body content stays light for readability.

Page width:

  • Standard — Balanced container width. The default.
  • Wide — Wider container. Hero, call-to-action, and gallery blocks span the full viewport.
  • Narrow — Tighter container with more side gutter. Reads like an essay.

Upload your logo from the Style or Settings page — PNG or JPG, up to 500 KB. It appears in your header.
