Tracking Broadcast Delivery

A single broadcast’s delivery report
Section titled “A single broadcast’s delivery report”Click any broadcast in your Broadcasts list to see its Delivery Report:
- Total Recipients, including how many were skipped
- Delivered, Opened, and Bounced counts and percentages
- A recipient-by-recipient table you can filter by Delivered, Opened, Bounced, or Skipped
A few things worth knowing:
- Open tracking is best-effort. It relies on an invisible tracking image loading in the recipient’s inbox — if their email client blocks images, an opened email won’t register as “Opened” even though they read it.
- Bounced addresses are automatically excluded from future broadcasts. If a recipient’s email hard-bounces, a support ticket is created automatically so staff can get their email address corrected — that’s usually why someone “stopped receiving” broadcasts.
- Delivered/Opened/Bounced counts can lag a few minutes behind send time, since they come in asynchronously from your email provider.
Overall analytics
Section titled “Overall analytics”Go to Communications → Analytics for a bird’s-eye view across all your broadcasts:
- Total Broadcasts Sent, Average Open Rate, and Average Bounce Rate — these are always calculated across your entire sending history, no matter which time range you have selected
- A Recent Broadcasts table with per-broadcast stats
