Transactions and Exports
Aging Report
Section titled “Aging Report”Go to Billing → Aging Report to see every property’s overdue balance broken into 30, 60, and 90+ day buckets, with totals across your whole community. Use the Minimum Aging filter to narrow to accounts that are further behind.
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”Go to Billing → Transactions for the full ledger — every charge, payment, credit, refund, late fee, and adjustment across your community. Filter by date range using the presets (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, Year to Date) or a custom range.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Click Export and choose a format:
- CSV — a general-purpose spreadsheet export
- OFX
- IIF — for QuickBooks Desktop
- QBO — for QuickBooks Online
CSV and IIF exports label each transaction with the GL account from the community’s General Ledger mapping — see Setting up billing.
Marking a payment as returned
Section titled “Marking a payment as returned”If a check bounces or an ACH payment gets reversed, find it in the Transactions list and use Mark Returned. Choose a reason (insufficient funds, account closed, stop payment, dispute, or other), decide whether to charge the community’s NSF fee (this creates a separate invoice for the fee), and add a note if you’d like. The original payment is reversed and the invoice it was applied to reopens.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- Need to record a payment rather than review the ledger? See Creating invoices and recording payments.
- Setting the default NSF fee amount? See Setting up billing.
