First time sending?
Section titled “First time sending?”The first time you open the broadcast composer, you’ll be asked to acknowledge what’s okay to send (meeting notices, rule reminders, maintenance alerts, board communications) and what isn’t (commercial solicitation, paid promotions, political campaigning). You can review this anytime with the What can I send? link. See Broadcast Policy and Unsubscribing for the full policy.
Sending your broadcast
Section titled “Sending your broadcast”Once your subject, body, and recipients are set, click Send:
- Send Now — shows you how many contacts will be emailed, then sends immediately once you confirm
- Schedule for Later — pick a future date and time; the broadcast sends automatically when that time arrives
