Resetting Your Password

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.

How to reset your password

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address you use to log in
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link
5. Choose a new password and confirm it

Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. The link expires after a short time, so if it’s no longer working, go back to the login page and request a new one.

Changing your password while logged in

If you’re already logged in and want to update your password, you can do that from your profile. Click your name in the top-right corner, select Profile, and switch to the Security tab. See Your Profile for details.
