Billing & Subscription
The Billing page is where you manage your community’s subscription and payment details. Navigate to HOA → Billing to get there. The page has two tabs: Billing and Subscription.
Updating your payment method
Section titled “Updating your payment method”If you need to change the card or payment method on file, go to the Billing tab and click Change on the payment method card. HOA Hub supports credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Stripe.
If there’s a problem with your payment, a banner at the top of the page will prompt you to update it.
Downloading invoices
Section titled “Downloading invoices”Your transaction history is available on the Billing tab. You can download any invoice as a PDF by clicking the download icon next to it.
Changing your plan
Section titled “Changing your plan”On the Subscription tab, click Change Plan to see available options. After selecting a new plan, you’ll see a confirmation step with the prorated amount — if you’re upgrading mid-cycle, you’ll be charged the difference. If you’re downgrading, the remaining credit is applied to your next renewal.
Canceling your subscription
Section titled “Canceling your subscription”Click Cancel subscription on the Subscription tab if you need to stop your plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
